I believe mental health must recognize individualism. This is influenced by my own experiences as a first-generation Indo-Canadian. My clients have shared that I provide a genuine, non-judgmental presence and atmosphere while they explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight into their behaviours, and develop effective steps to enhance their well-being. My professional experience includes working with a wide range of therapeutic issues, such as: depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, cultural-specific issues, LGBTQIA+ specific issues, life transitions, interpersonal issues, and more. My overall approach is integrative and varies depending on what would be the most beneficial for the client.
